
Financial Folly: Government Should Make Former Minister Pay for Bio-Toilets
Hetq has finally been able to ascertain what government official is responsible for ordering two “Bio-Toilets” at a cost of $340,000. (That’s for the two of them).
The toilets were the brainchild of former Minister of the Economy Nerses Yeritsyan, an official known for similar flights of fancy at the taxpayers’ expense.
Yeritsyan now serves as the Deputy Director of Armenia’s Central Bank.
