MP Arzakantsyan Prefers Moscow Night Life to Parliamentary Drudgery
MP Tigran Arzakantsyan wasn’t present at the opening fall session of the Armenian National Parliament on September 14, 2010. Was he sick or detained by more urgent state business?
No. On that day Arzakantsyan was in Moscow attending the “Goodbye to Summer” party hosted by Svetlana Bondarchuk, Chief Editor of the Hello and Icons magazines.
During the fall legislative session from September to December, there were 183 votes on a variety of bills.
MP Tigran Arzakantsyan participated in not one. He then had the gall to turn in a “not fit for work” slip over to the parliamentary staff.
One wonders what was written on that doctor’s note saying that the MP was actually ill and in need of medical care.
Or maybe the physician advised MP Arzakantsyan, who also sits on the Republican Party Council, to take some time off from his busy schedule and relax; preferably by attending gala parties and soirees.
The caption under the photo above (Bondarchuk is the blonde on the left) reads – Svetlana Bondarchuk and Tigran “Czar” Arzakantsyan.
Better a “Czar” in Russia than a no-show MP in Armenia?
