Armenia’s Syunik Provincial Prosecutor has file criminal charges against Dundee Precious Metals Kapan (formerly Deno Gold) for violating laws regarding the transport of dangerous chemicals and causing undo risk to the environment.

It seems that tailings dam material being transported leaked into the land surrounding a stretch of the Kapan-Meghri highway, causing extensive environmental damage.
