Artsakh Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan yesterday dropped in on community mayors taking a training course about local self-government in Stepanakert.

Harutyunyan stressed the importance of such courses aimed at informing community mayors about recent legislative developments and how local leaders can truly make an impact on the lives of their constituents.
