The International Armenian Congress, in collaboration with the Union of Armenians in Russia, say they plan to plant 1.5 million trees across Armenia by April 24, 2015, the 100^th anniversary of the 1915 Armenian Genocide.

Ara Abrahamyan, President of the Union, will be on hand tomorrow at 11am to officiate at the latest round of plantings to take place at the garden adjacent to the Armenian Genocide Museum at Tzitzernakaberd, Yerevan.
