To combat the drastic rise of pneumonia cases within the military, the Armenian government has expedited the purchase of brand name vaccines for which 37.5 million AMD has been allocated.

To expedite the drug purchase, the government will enter into direct negotiations with suppliers, bypassing the tender process.
