Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has hailed a decision the government took today to build a technology center in the northern town of Vanadzor.

The construction is made possible based on a loan agreement previously struck between Armenia and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development.

Sargsyan noted that the success of a similar center in Gyumri is a good precedent for the Vanadzor project.
