Yesterday, Artsakh Public T.V. reported that the Presidents of Armenia and the NKR were present at ceremonies to hand over the keys of 47 apartments to members of the military. Also present at the undisclosed site were the Defense Ministers of the two countries. According to another Artsakh T.V. news report, a delegation composed of Regional Governors and other officials traveled to Stepanakert from Armenia. Today, the Armenian delegation plans to visit the ruins of Tigranakert, close to the defense zone in Askeran, as well as Martakert. According to NKR Prime Minister Araik Harutyunyan the purpose of the working visit by the Armenian delegation was one of a fact-finding nature.
