This is the evaluation given by Hmayak Hovannisyan, President of the Union of Political Scientists at a press conference given today. The expert also expressed the opinion that Turkey would be obligated to take steps towards establishing diplomatic relations with Armenia and that it is the correct time for Armenia to pass legislation regarding “observing the memory of the victims of Genocide”.
