On October 31st, NKR Prime Minister Araik Haroutyunyan appointed Hakob Ghahramanyan as the government’s special representative to the National Assembly. Mr. Ghahramanyan will serve as the government’s liaison with the legislature, with particular focus on special orders. Mr. Ghahramanyan had been removed from his former position as Head of the State Tax Service attached to the NKR Government by newly-elected President Bako Sahakyan during the formation of his new administration.
