Hottest Day on Record - 43.7 Celsius

The hottest temperature ever recorded in Armenia occured in Meghri on August 1.

The thermometer hit a high of 43.7 Celsius (110.66 Fahrenheit). This topped the previous record of 43.1 Celsius also recorded in Meghri in 2005.
