Beginning in 2009, Artsakh Public TV will broadcast programming with new equipment thanks toa $100,00 contribution by the Hayastan-All Armenia Fund's United States west coast branch. The funds will be used to upgrade and improve broadcasting equipment and technologies now being used by Artsakh TV, and which were partially allocated by the Fund years ago. The modern servers, digital video cameras and audio control panels will drastically raise broadcast quality of Artsakh Public TV and thus attract a larger viewing audience.
