Today, at a special government session held in the Aragatzotn Marz, a laundry list of improvements slated for the Garni-Geghard tourist route were passed. The Finance Minister was directed to present the government with a proposal within the next month regarding the organization of garbage collection within communities falling within the Garni-Geghard tourist route boundaries and in Goght and to allocate 29 million drams from the projected 2009 budgetary reserve fund to the Regional Authority of Kotayk.
