Yesterday, while on a working trip to China, President of the ROA National Assembly, Hovik Abrahamyan, and Permanent President of the All-Chinese Assembly of the People's Republic of China, Ou Pango, signed a joint memorandum of intent, cooperation and sharing of expertise. The memo stresses the need for increased interparliamentary contact, a deepening of links between committees of the two bodies in addition to a transfer of experience regarding the drafting of laws in the fields of agriculture, energy, education, culture and the environment.
