Armen Gevorgyan, Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Territorial Administration, flew to Moscow today to participate in the CIS Economic Council session. The Ministry's website reports that the session participants will discuss the creation of an air defnse system and decisions neede to set up an economic free zone within the CIS framework.
