Today, in the RMK capital of Stepanakert, Aghvan Hovsepyan and Arshavir Gharamanyan, the Chief Prosecutors of the ROA and the RMK respectively, signed a memorandum agreement entailing cooperation between the Public Prosectors Offices of the two Armenian governments regarding the warning, prevention, exposure and uncovering of criminal acts and investigatory procedures. In the estimation of the RMK Public Prosecutor's Press Office, one unique feature of the agreement is that the Public Proescutor's Office of the ROA, in addition to offering legal assistance, would also assume the responsibility of mediating on behalf of the RMK's Prosecutor's Office in obtaining the assistance of legal entities of other nations which, given the non-recognition of the RMK in the international arena, is of particular significance.
