An ROA delegation headed by S. Mkrtchyan, Armenian Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), based in The Hague, signed on to a European Union declaration passed at the organization's 12th Advisory Council session held from December 2 - 5. The declaration calls for the removal of all chemical weapons stores on the part of six nations that have such reserves.
