ROA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian today flew to Brussels to participate in the December 9th European Union - Armenia Cooperation council session that will cover a wide range of issues related to EU - Armenia cooperation, in particular, political activities surrounding the European Neighbor program. While in Brussels FM Nalbandian will also sign an agreement on behalf of Armenia with the European Community regarding aviation communications. On December 8th, the Armenian FM will present a talk regarding the foreign policies of Armenia at the Belgian Royal Institute for International Relations.
