Maternity Medical Centers Receive 70,000 Blank Birth Certificates

The ROA Ministry of Health has distributed 70,000 blank birth certificates to maternity related health institutions throughout Yerevan and the regions of Armenia. Given that the average annual number of births in the country is 40,000 the 70,000 copies will be sufficient for all of 2008 and the first half of 2009.
