Yesterday, the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan issued a statement in which it continued to insist that Russia has recently supplied Armenia with $800 million in military assistance. The text of the statement included language expressing the "resolute protest" of the foreign ministry and called on Russia "to take all necessary steps to abolish the results of the facts" as to the military transfer. It should be noted that Alexander Drobishevsky, a spokesperson for the Russian Defense Ministry, has previously denied rumors that Moscow had made such transfers. In addition, Seyran Shahsouvaryan, the ROA Defense Ministry Press Secretary, has labelled the Azeri allegations as disinformation.
