The NKR Government's Press Office reports that Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree according to which Hovik Jivanyan, formerly head of the government's Inspectorate Service, has been nominated as an advisor to the prime minister. According to another decree, Karlen Petrosyan was selected to head the Inspectorate Service attached to the prime minister.
