Yesterday Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received Estonia's Ambassador to Armenia Thoams Lukin and the Estonian Military Attache Risto Lumin. The Armenian DM stated that despite the geographical distance that separates the two nations they share a number of interests and aims, namely to develop cooperation in the fields of politics, the economy and defense. At the close of the meeting DM Ohanyan stressed that Armenia has adopted the path of multi-sector defense and security cooperation with all interested parties and that the balanced positions of Estonia and the Baltic states in general regarding regional developments extends the possiblity to develop cooperation between Armenia and Estonia in these spheres.
