During the recent government advisory sessions taking place in the NKR, the important topic of the day was once again projects in the agricultural sector. According to the Press Division of the NKR government, Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan criticized the fact that timely and correct information regarding government programs in the sector wasn't reaching the populace and directed his comments towards department heads and local rural officials. The PM noted that as a result most villagers weren't aware of government plans and that the insufficient level of information hindered the realization og agricultural programs since villagers were refusing to cultivate the land and were avoiding such agricultutral related activities. During the sessions NKR Agricultural Minister Armo Tzatouryan presented a list of important events in the agricultural sector to take place in 2009.
