Local elections in several rural communities in the RMK are slated for March 29: Lousadzor in the Askeran district; Nor Seysoulan and Nor Maragha in the Martakert district; Karahounj in the Martouni district; Shoushi, Hin Shen, Metz Shen and Karin Tag in the Shoushi district and Artzvashen and Tzorap in the Kashatagh district. Sergei Nasibyan, President of the Central Elections Committee, has issued a set of directives related to the upcoming elections to the appropriate election district committees. A preliminary schedule and cost accounting has also been established. A class curriculum has also been prepared for prospective election committee employees
