President Bako Sahakyan of the Republic of Mountainous Karabakh (RMK) today nominated Vardan Asdzatryan as a presidential advisor. He will be the fourth advisor to President Sahakayn and will join the ranks of Vitali Balasanyan, Armen Isaglov and Mavrik Ghoukasyan in that capacity. The RMK government's press and public affairs department also reports that RMK Prime Minister has picked Maksim Aleksanyan to head the country's State Property Registry (Cadastre), an adjunct body to the government. Prior to his selection to head the Cadastre, Mr. Aleksanyan served as the director of the acccounting division there.
