On February 12, the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) of Armenia will convene its 4th congress. The news was reported by Prosperous Armenia Deputy Naira Zurabyan during a parliamentary press briefing held today. Aram Safaryan, Secretary of the PAP faction in the National Assembly didn't offer any details about the congress agenda but rather advised peope to be patient given that only five days were left. Mr. Safaryan stated that all parties in the parliament were invited to the PAP congress as well as representatives from China and Croatia. When asked by reporters if former Armenian president Robert Kocharyan had been invited, Mr. Safaryan replied, "I cannot answer that question."
