Meri Harutyunyan, Head of the RoA Government’s Information and Public Relations Department will soon be transferred to the President's Office to take charge of a higher post there. In another development, Diana Mnatzakanyan, Press Secretary of RA Prime Minister yesterday handed in her resignation papers. Meri Harutyunyan, in a conversation to "Hetq",  refuted rumors that Diana Mnatzakanyan had been removed from her post by Chief of Staff David Sargsyan given that Mr. Sargsyan doesn’t enjoy such powers and that Diana Mnatzakanyan herself had handed in her resignation request in order that she return to her former job which she found more close to her heart. Meri Harutyunyan has already accepted the proposal to be transferred to the President's Office Staff but she states that her new position there hasn't been clarified as yet.
