On March 14, at the annual meeting of the RoA Chamber of Advocates, Masis Ghazanchyan was elected public defender for a four year term. Six members out of eleven were reelected to the Chamber's Council - Ara Zohrabyan, Hayk Aloumyan, Melanya Aroustamyan, Nikola Baghdasaryan, Nikola Hakobyan and Hayastan Stepanyan. Five other attorneys were elected to round put the Council - Karen Mezhloumyan, Hrayr Ghoukasyan, Karen Khachatryan, Sousanna Mkhitaryan and Simon Babayan.
