Seven rail cars carrying gold ore along the Hrazdan-Solak stretch of railway went off the tracks last night at around 11:40 pm according to the press office of South Caucasian Railways. The company says the derailment took place along a uneven stretch of the road bed. Presently, rail traffic is halted in the area, but it is expected that repairs will be completed in a few days.
