ANC Official - "I have nothing to say regarding the matter"

Armenian National Congress (HAK) spokesperson Arman Mousinyan stated that "I have nothing to say in that regard", when "Hetq" asked him if HAK had accepted the counter-proposal by the Heritage Party for a joint ticket for the upcoming Yerevan municipal elections in May. Yesterday the Heritage Party proposed a ticket to HAK that would be headed with Raffi Hovhannisyan, leader of Heritage. Levon Ter-Petrosyan would fill the second spot according to the Heritage proposal, with Zaruhi Postanjyan coming in third and Stepan Demirjian in fourth place. Heritage was expecting an answer back from HAK regarding its counter-proposal by 6:00 pm today. HAK never responded to the proposal. When questioned by "Hetq" if this meant that negotiations had broken down between the two opposition political forces and that they'd contest the elections separately, Hovsep Khourshudyan, Heritage Party spokesperson, promised to get back to us within the hour.
