Arman Mousinyan, HAK (Armenian National Congress) Press Secretary, stated that, "We will run a very active campaign for the municipal elections. Not only will there be a rally and a march, but several rallies and marches. The HAK campaign will be highly dynamic and energized." When asked about the degree of personal participation by Levon Ter-Petrosyan in the campaign, Mr. Mousinyan responded, "Of course, there will be occasions where he'll definetely take part and then there will be times when HAK will be at the center of things." The HAK spokesperson said the alliance would be running a series of debates and discussions regarding the campaign strategy, organizational issues and the selection of a campaign headquarters coordinator.
