On April 1st President Serzh Sargsyan visited the "Armen-Sarmen" stock-farm in the village of Syunik in Syunik marz. The President familiarized himself with the operating capacities of the farm and future expansion programs. Later the President visited the Tatev Hydroelectric Plant, part of the Vorotan Cascade Hydroelectric Plant. Serzh Sargsyan walked about the plant, where new modern technologies have been implemented under the TACIS grant program. President Sargsyan also visited St. Gregory the Illuminator Church of Goris, and attended the ceremony of unveiling a khachkar in memory of Missak Manouchian, one of the leaders of the French Partisan Movement during WWII. The President concluded the visit by attending the "VH Stone" Company in Sisian.
