Raffi Hovhannisian, leader of the Heritage Party, has given up his seat on the Armenian Parlimentary Delegation to PACE in favor of Zaruhi Postanjyan, a party deputy in the RoA National Assembly. Mr. Hovhannisian also ceded his seat on the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO to Heritage Party Deputy Stepan Sarafyan.
