Human Rights Defender produced three (3) reports to the RA Council of Justice about subjecting to disciplinary sanction, since to the Defenders view, Judges Yerem Yesoyan, Masis Rehanyan, and Yurik Iskoyan, ventured obvious and gross violations of norms of the Law during the last year.
It took Judge Yerem Yesoyan, a period of nineteen (19) months for considering the dispute between mother and son about just nine and six tenths (9.6) square meters of residential space; that is, he hasn’t kept the requirement of the Law to examine the case within a reasonable time. In addition, he ignored the requirement on terminating the right of using a residential space, clearly defined by the Law, which resulted in a gross violation of the citizen's right.

Judge Masis Rehanyann ignored the lawful interference of the citizen about submitting the arguments examined by the RA Court of First Instance to the RA Court of Appeal for re-examination on the ground, that no interference of that kind had been made. 

Judge Yurik Iskoyan put under the discussion the culpability of a citizen while deciding the case of arresting him, which is an obvious and gross infraction of the presumption of innocence of an individual. Moreover, the Judge did not provide an interpreter for the Defendant.

Besides, at the begginning the date of the arrest wasn’t mentioned in the court decision; later on, by violation of the Law, a decision was made to correct the inaccuracy and, ultimately, the arrest date was set; however this time also the Law was violated as the issue was resolved without the participation of the Defendant.

A number of negative evaluations on impartiality and effectiveness of the RA Council of Justice have been already expressed, though the Defender is expecting that the Council will make fair decisions based on his reports.
