Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan released a “special report” the other day that outlines the amounts of bribes being demanded by Armenian court judges to decide in favor of a litigant.
The International Committee of the IOA (International Ombudsman Association) has conferred an “A” rating to Armenia’s Office of the Human Rights Defender led by Karen Andreasyan.
