The International Committee of the IOA (International Ombudsman Association) has conferred an “A” rating to Armenia’s Office of the Human Rights Defender led by Karen Andreasyan.

Such a top rating is generally reserved for those officials who are independent, objective and who display the ability to efficiently examine and resolve issues.
