A decision was adopted at today's session of the RoA governemnt to create a "hot line"  where complaints and petitions can be directed regarding the work of government officials in the executive sector. The decision sets a one week deadline for affected government bodies to set up a "hot line" for the receipt, registration and review of citizen complaints and petitions.
