The RoA Police Department's Press Division reported minutes ago that the body of missing America-Armenian businessman Nazaret-Hagop Berberian was found yesterday evening in a ditch along the Yerevan-Sevan highway. The report indicates that signs of violence were found on the body.

In order not to endanger the preliminary investigation the police have not published details regarding the motives for the crime nor the names of possible suspects. Mr. Berberian had gone missing on April 25, after leaving his house in Yerevan. His car was later found parked in the Zvartnots Airport garage. A criminal case of "murder" was initiated on May 5. The case is being handled by the Yerevan City Department of Investigations.
