Yerevan City Refutes Hetq Charges of Expired Food Sales
Yerevan City supermarket chain Public Affairs Officer Davit Martirosyan today refuted that expired porridge was being sold as originally reported by Hetq a few days ago.
“Expired food producrts are not sold by our chain of stores as a rule. It’s out of the question,” Martirosyan said.
In fact, two individuals purchased expired oatmeal at a Yerevan City store – a Hetq reporter and Tatevik Gharibyan, an average consumer. We have the sales receipts and the expired packages to prove it.
