RoA President Serzh Sargsyan met today with Sergei Vakhroukov, Regional Governor of Yarouslav, Russia. During  Russian President Dimitry Medvedev's visit to Armenia in October, 2008, a cultural, commercial and scientific treat was signed between the Armavir Regional Authority and the Regional Authority of Yarouslav, Russia. President Sargsyan welcomed the dynamic developing collaboration between Armenia and Russia and placed great importance on the strengthening of direct links amongst Russian and Armenian administrative districts. Regional Governor Vakhroukov pointed out that Armavir and Yarouslov were actively collaborating and the potential exists for much greater strides to be made in this direction. With this aim, representatives of the two regions will open offices in the other region to serves as centers of information and exchange
