"Hetq's" correspondent in the field reports that Prosperous Armenia Party candidate Artak Avetisyan is making the rounds of the Nor Nork 2/4 election district and giving speeches. He threatened to sue our reporter if any photos were taken. A large banner of Mr. Avetisyan also hangs from the local polling station, a direct violation of the law. "Hetq's" reporter also states that there are crowds at the polling station and that groups of 2-3 people are sharing the same voting booth. Our reporter also saw the local election committee head taking a ballot from a voter as if to assist him. When he saw our reporter, the official handed back the ballot.
