In a phone conversation with Hetq, President of Armenia's "People's Party, stated that he was dissatisfied with today's election picture. "Our team of photographers has witnessed numerous violations. There were crowds outside the polling stations at School #39 which we were not allowed to photograph. In addition, ballot boxes were misplaced, allowing the contents inside to be visible. Unidentified persons were seen milling about voting booths where citizens when citizens were casting their ballots. The local elections committee head told us that he didn't care what people said and that he'd do as he pleased," Mr. Karapetyan siad. Mr. Karapetyan went on to say that he has gone to the Central Electoral Committee and justice officials with a list of infractions but that there has been no response. He condemned all reported attacks against reporters.
