Artzvik Minasyan, who heads the ARF ballot in today's municipal elections has told Hetq by phone that he wasn't received any reports of major voting violations. "There have been irregularities but I don't think they will have an outcome on the overall vote results, " Mr. Minasyan said. He said that if he receives reports of serious violations the party will attempt to prevent their continuance. As to reports that voters are being transported to polling stations, he said that while not a violation in theory, the ARF has always sought to prevent such occurences.
