At 4:00 pm Heritage Party member Stepan Sarafyan held a press conference to announce the latest list of election violations registered by the opposition party's proxies and electoral committee members. Reports from election districts 9/13 and 9/14 indicate that residents of buildings on Saryan Street have received telephone calls from individuals asking them if they have voted. If the answer is in the negative, the caller suggests that a car be sent t5o take the residents to the local polling station. Resident Irina Ayvazyan confirms that this is exactly what happened to her and many others. Robert Kadaryan, a Heritage Party member, reports that large numbers of people are being transported to the 12/10 and 12/11 polling stations by minivans and that supporters of the Republican and Prosperous Armenia parties are supervising the flow of voters. Groups of people have been reported to be making the rounds of various polling stations in minivans and casting ballots in each.
