Samvel Rostomyan, President of the Armenian Sports Federation for the Physically Challenged travelled to Kapan to spur the development of sport for the physically challenged and to employ the world of sport to integrate individuals with diabilities into the mainstream society.

 

Also making the trip was Varduhi Aramyan, Coordinator of the Sports Network for the Disabled. The visitors met with Syunik Regional Governor Surik Khachatryan and discussed issues related to the topic at hand. Later, a meeting on the theme was held at the Syunik youth center with the participation of local NGO's.
