According to Hovhannes Gevorgyan, Kapan branch manager of Armenian Water and Sewerage Co., the Asian Bank will provide 2 million Euros in financing to renovate the Kapan drinking water distribution system this year.

The valves at the Geghi and Chanakhchi water purification stations will also be upgraded and twenty-one reservoirs in the system will get a cleaning.
