On June 15, NKR President Bako Sahakyan dismissed Lernik Hakobyan as Minister for Culture and Youth Affairs. Mr. Hakobyan had submitted a resignation request. President Sahakyan appointed Narineh Aghbalyan to replace him. Mrs. Agbalyan had been working at Artsakh Public TV for many years and was a Karabakh correspondent for Armenian Public TV as well. She is the fourth female minister in the NKR government in addition to the Ministries of Justice, Urban Construction and Social Insurance.
