The Minsk Group Co-chairs failed to show up at a meeting today with NKR President Bako Sahakyan. According to Presidential Press Office, the co-chairs didn't make the trip to Stepanakert due to inclement weather. During their last trip to the region back in May, the co-chairs failed to make it to Stepanakert as well. Furthermore, they don't always travel by helicopter and have been known to make the trip by car.
