Today in Stepanakert, Andranik Khachatryan and Yervant Zakharyan, Presidents of the NKR and RoA State Property Committees (Cadastre), signed a memo of cooperation intended to devise a framework that will link the two agencies on a more equal working footing. Representatives of the two delegations then met with NKR Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan. Yesterday NKR President Bako Sahakyan met with Yervant Zakharyan and the two discussed ways to strengthen the links between the RoA and NKR property committees and exchanged information regarding property mapping.
