Today, a group of Armenian bloggers met with the press and presented a project they have undertaken entitled "Bloggers against the Madrid Principles". They issued a statement in which the following demands are made of RoA President Serzh Sargsyan: 1. The immediate dismissal of RoA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. 2. An immediate halt to the current negotiations process that is full of negative repercussions for Armenia and the NKR. 3. Refrain from signing and document clearly anti-Armenian in nature.  4. To hereafter work only based on the interests of the Armenian state and the Armenian people. The bloggers state that they do not represent any political party buyt that they see an imminent threat to Armenia and the NKR stemming from the Madrid Principles. They say that 200 people have already voted on-line against the Madrid Principles. In the words of infernarm@lifejournal blog author Hayk Balanyan, "The 1991 status-quo is now longer to the benefit of the super powers. The United States is trying to cut a path to the resources of Central Asia via Armenia and Azerbaijan and Russia is doing its best to close down that road. In other words, the game played by the big powers has changed and the status-quo is no longer sufficient for them. To change the status-quo necessitates a new war. If the Madrid Principles are put into effect, a new war is inevitable despite the fact that neither we nor the Azeris want such a thing. Last year's Georgian war will be repeated here with us." Blogger Balanyan believes that the authorities in Armenia and the NKR will return the liberated territories under the cover of darkness and as quietly as possible. "Serzh Sargsyan will hand over the dirty work to Bako Sahakyan who will sign the agreement. Later on, they'll force the residents of Karabakh to voice their acceptance. They'll say that the Armenians of Karabakh emigrated and that the Turks were too numerous and that they filled the country. And it will all end there." Ani Hovhannisyan
